Used this cleaner for about 6 months when I first moved to Lake Oswego. Cleaning was generally OK and reasonably priced but on several occasions when I did a pick up there would be items missing from my order and I would have to go back again to pick up the remaining. Final straw for me was when they lectured me for bringing in some new shirts that were still buttoned and how I had to unbutton them myself. Get over it. Didn’t like the tone of the lecture either. Fortunately there are a lot of cleaners in LO.

Nik clearly cares about his business and his customers. I work long hours during the day and am not able to come during regular business hours. I called Nik and he was willing to meet me after hours so I could pick up my clothes. I greatly appreciate the extra mile Nik and his team are willing to go to for the customer.

Dry-cleaning is pretty standard and reliable. Be careful of their alterations - I've had two items hemmed with unsatisfactory results.
