        I went to Lake Place once to get a cuff and an edge hemmed. They skipped the cuff, charged me too much , because you have to have everything dry cleaned before hemming. The cleaning was a fail, and they skipped my cuff entirely. I tried to take it back to get the cuff fixed, I couldn't understand what they were saying, and they required that I show them proof that I came in at all. They must have completely forgotten me as their customer. Never again.

        Had an older knitted sweater that was pilling up really badly. Just wanted it cleaned at the time, but got it back like new!
