TERRIBLE company please stay far far away from them. Lazy, incompetent, and down right UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been back and forth with this company over the smallest & most ridiculous things that have all been their job to get done but have been expected of me to take care of. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these people.

This is WORST company ever. Customer service is extremely incompetent. Since the first day that the purchase my loan it has been a nightmare. I have to call them 3 or 4 times a month and waste 1 hour of my time. No one from the customer service department including the managers have been able to fix my automatic payments. I just wish other company buys my mortgage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Like all the other customers that dealt with Homepoint financial is truly the worst mortgage company you can deal with ever. This not an opinion is a fact. I been trying to refinance with them the last six months and was giving the run around. Check with another company and they can get me refinance in a month. Horrible customer service and just feed you a lot of excuses and lies . I wish I can give this company 0 stars that’s what it truly deserves.
