Our unit was not clean. Air conditioning,dishwasher,washer dryer all did not work . We tried to use the outdoor kitchen but it had so much excess grease built up and was less than a foot from the wall of the house we decided it wasnt safe . There also was an issue with one of the showers and the fix was just to tie a towel around it . After a week and multiple tries with unanswered complaints the air conditioning was fixed in a matter of 5 minutes so waiting on parts were not the problem. The only compensation was a refund of the cleaning fee. When there is no money lost to the owners why would they keep up on the maintenance? At the end of the day most customers will not even know the owners name but they will remember the property management company name .

Wish I could give negative stars. This real estate agency is terrible I dont know how they are even in business. Patti is very unprofessional and rude. If you are ever looking for homes to rent dont go through them. All they do is give you the run around. Call you all ours of the day or not at all. Or I should say they call you on their time which is two to five days or on days where their office isnt even open. then she cant even properly have a conversation she mumbles, gets names wrong, talks about everything other then a listing you are interested in. Then they say they are open till 5pm but when you show up to their location at 2pm they are closed. They are unprofessional with money they make you run in circles because they have a department for money handling, paper work, and two other departments for nonsense and then when you actually get to go in there agency they have no idea what your talking about. They literally just sit there and twiddle their thumbs and by the time you get an approval your homeless because they took forever to process your paperwork to not even accept it this company really is something and patti is disrespectful and doesnt know how to do her job I dont know how she even is a relator couldve fooled me
