There are never guarantees if the house gets rented or not . It has not been 4 months we signed a contract with you at the end of September and had it rented from December- March . We have over 37 vacation rentals and it's been extremely slow. Lots of them have been vacant for months. We don't make money unless your place is rented so we work hard at getting places rented so we can get paid as well. That was a December and January rental . We have a Property Management contract with you and we have rented it for February and March already with a contract that is legal and binding so just because you get upset you can't change that fact. Winter rentals are harder to get this late in the season so these people shouldn't get penalized because now you’re angry. The word harassment sure gets used alot when there is absolutely no harassment here or no disrespect. Because I won't allow you to cancel on these clients without repercussions, you say I'm disrespectful and harrassing you .. They have signed a legal binding contract with us and we have one between you and us. I am not harassing you or disrespecting you it's quite the contrary. You are trying to punish innocent people. I am happy to end the contract between us as soon as these guests leave. Not a problem. I have over a 100 happy clients between my full time and vacation rentals. I can't work miracles. If it's slow it's slow.. You also make it sound like I had family in your house and that is not a true statement. I'm not threatening you with an attorney. I am stating that if I have to go to court to keep this contract in place for the February and March guests I will for them .. They shouldn't have to suffer. This is a planned vacation involving plane tickets, car rentals and a house. I also asked you if you would take a little less one month because it was late in the season and you said no. Sorry this didn't work out.

Who are you ? I have never rented to you .. By the way none of my homes are SLUMLORD homes I won't even accept homes that are in bad condition. It’s amazing how random people can post things about businesses and they are not even legitimate past clients . Thats problem with social media .

You give me a 1 star rating because you had to pay for propane that was clearly stated in the contract that you were responsible for it and you proceeded to use the whole tank and didn't want to pay for it. I had to call AIRBNB and fight with them which I finally got it from them.. I remember you..
