Recently, I had the pleasure of working with real estate agent Terence Silk. Terry was very knowledgeable and professional in assisting me to find an ideal retirement home in the Bullhead City area.
In advance, I had studied the real estate offerings online and found one 2BR/2BA that appeared to meet my needs. Terry showed me that property and several others, pointing out their pluses and minuses. He suggested a place to start when making an offer, and no doubt saved me quite a bit on the amount I needed to purchase the home, as well as have lower utility bills by increasing the R value, and the names of insulation specialists as well as an experienced handyman.
It is always a pleasure to communicate with Terry, and I recommend him with enthusiasm.

Terry Silk is quite simply the only person you want to either sell a property or buy one for you period!! He is a truly amazing human who will go above and beyond to make your experience as good as it gets. He is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the buying and selling process he is also very patient and genuinely cares about his clients and their situation. My mom and I were selling my grandma who had just passed aways house we agreed no agents we will do on our own. Then Terry came by with a prospective buyer and after a brief chat my mom informed me she was going to hire him I put up a mild push back but he was such a pleasant person seemed very knowledgeable and so based on that I lost the argument much to my delight all said and done I don't know what we would have done with out him just a great experience all around! He even became our buying agent and found a new house for us so our family can't say thank you enough for Terry coming into our life! He truly went above and beyond for us and none of it was fake just a complete pleasure and man of his word! And that alone speaks volumes to me about a person's character we will never use another agent again customers for life! Thank you Terry you are truly the best at what you do and we appreciate everything you've done for us!
