I highly reccomend Cool Hand Luke's Fireplace Shop in Laguna Niguel! Luke is the only fireplace contractor I trust. I moved into a house that was built in the 70's and did a full remodel. Luke updated and painted my fireplace, installed crushed glass, and installed a new door. He also installed crushed glass in my firepit. I get compliments on it every time I have guests over. His wife and sons work in the shop with him and they give incredible customer service. They are very knowledgeable and respond timely. Thank you Cool Hand Luke's!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Could not say more about my great service experience. Firstly, I received a prompt phone call back to my message. (unlike another company). I described my issue, they asked for pictures of my set up. I asked for the costs of potential repair and they provided. When Luke arrived - which was right on time- he answered all my questions, showed me the issue (simple one) and fixed the fireplace w/in 15 minutes, no new parts needed. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and hassle free experience this was.

This place saves you a ton of money. Dont go looking anywhere else if you are looking to update your existing fireplace. They have made this look 1000 times better and without taking out the whole unit. We worked with our existing fireplace box which is why we saved so much money. We replaced the gas logs, instead of the lava on the bottom we put down pretty fire glass crystals and added a new modern door with one panel. You can open the door to light your fireplace and then close it once its turned on. Such a cool feature! Also wanted to mention that the customer service is phenomenal!! They are on top of everything from the very moment we scheduled the estimate to the very finish on the installation day. Luke is very professional and respectful. Dont go looking anywhere else, this family business is the best!

I highly recommend Cool Hand Luke for your gas fireplace needs. Mine was in a non-working state for years. I called and scheduled an appointment a few days prior. Luke was on time, know what the issue was, fixed the issue, cleaned up, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. My fireplace now works perfectly. Please give Luke a call. THANK YOU LUKE!

I am so HAPPY I found Cool Hand Luke's Fireplace Shop! From meeting Robert in the showroom, to chatting with Bea on the phone and working with Luke to update my old fireplace. I can't say enough kind things about this team. They listened, provided options and even helped me to save $$ on offering a tile option to complete my now beautiful and beachy looking fireplace!
