        My wife called the store and spoke to an associate named Derrick. She wanted information about the shipment of our trade in phones. Derrick was extremely rude and obnoxious I will definitely be calling corporate and let them know of his behavior.

        Signed up with T-mobile at the La Vista location about a month ago and nothing has been correct since. The amount of the bill they told me was incorrect so I had to get that corrected. Then I was told we would get 200.00 prepaid reward for each line since we were new customers and now I'm being told the reward was denied b/c of 'ineligible previous carrier'. It was never mentioned to us that is was contingent on the 'previous carrier'. I can never recommend this location, go elsewhere...hopefully they aren't all this way. :(
