Verizon

Hi, my name is Jon Nelson the last two days this week. I had a Rough few days and the Verizon staff helped me out humongous. I am praying to God to give the store more customers because the staff in this Bellevue location should get a gold star or become the best store in Nebraska. God bless this Verizon staff at this Verizon location.

Do not go to this store! Horrible customer service. The manager Clarisa is the worst one there. Do yourself and go to the one in Papillion. You will thank me later!

I would drive out of state for a tech issue before I would go to this location again, and I live about two minutes away. Incredibly condescending attitudes from employees and I think they get off knowing more about phones than you do, but then again, thats their job since I went to clown college and Im not real smart Clarissa made it a point to tell me the charges were listed there on my bill and I could add them up for myself to see if I was being charged appropriately. Shout out to Josh at the Papillion location for getting our upgrades taken care of quickly and ensuring we were being charged correctly going forward. Stay away from the Bellevue store, they are nothing but a bunch of jerks.

I was receiving a mass amount of spam calls some times 50 a day. I went in to see if they could do anything about it. I was told they can add a blocked call filter but it will cost me. The grey bearded guy who was "helping" me was very condescending and rude. After speaking with the technical support I was told this was not a chargeable service and it was added for free. Everytime I have been in this particular location I have been greeted by rude employees. (Especially the grey haired guy.. do better man
