I ended up going with another option to rent from, so I am not a resident, but the staff here, Pat and Sarah, were super helpful and communicative with all the questions I had when looking into this place. They clearly cared about my best interests as a potential tenant.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. Claudia and Christopher are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Juanita Brooks for your next apartment home.
