        I am writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Emerson apartments at all costs! I have been waiting for over 4 months for my refund, and the experience has been a never-ending nightmare. Despite numerous promises to "check on it" and "get back to me," the office has consistently failed to follow through. I've been left awaiting for responses, with no updates or communication. It's as if they've forgotten about me and my refund. The lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. Four months is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a refund, and the constant runaround has left me frustrated and disillusioned. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a reputable and responsive apartment office. Emerson Apartments has failed me, and I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the same experience. Disappointed and fed up!
