The SA Maria provided me an unpleasant experience. Very cold shoulder energy and seem to not want to show me all the color way of the Oran Sandel. Very disrespectful way to treat customers who are spending good money here avoid shopping with her. I almost felt rushed to pick a shoe. Customers should feel comfortable with their purchase.

I came to the mall looking to buy a new belt, and decided to stop in Hermes. I'd never bought anything from them before, so I was unsure of how the experience would be. The person who helped me was extremely patient, showing me all the different options. She let me try everything on, and was fine with me leaving to look around the mall before making my decision. I decided to come back as I liked the style of several of the available options. I managed to find something I really liked. I'll definitely be back here again, and would highly recommend it.

Needed a new set of keys for my Picotin and, even with a very busy store right before New Years, Yasmine saved the day! Excellent customer service and she was so patient and kind. Im looking forward to my next visit soon
