        Eric and the whole team there have been helpful every time I went here. I had to unfortunately cancel my service because of needing upload speeds Xfinity doesn't offer and they helped above and beyond with that and any issue I had before when I had Xfinity.

        Joel answered all questions extremely helpful. The equipment isn't as good as they claim a15 is slow and games go in and out it took me 5 minutes just to text this review screen goes all over the place but Joel is very good at being a rep not he's fault

I was there to return my device for Internet which is billed via community, but instead of taking the device the person disconnected services including hotspot access and I am still paying rental for internet services through community. I was told its Scheduled at later date Pure lack of knowledge
