Returning my older equipment! I was in and out in 5 minutes! Parked right in front of the store! Good service and easy! I believe the gentleman that took care of me, his name was Ralph! Plus I also went around 4:00 and it wasn't busy at all!

I've been waiting for a refund since February. It would be so nice to be able to talk to someone from the USA. First, they are going to send me a check. Now I was told a Visa gift card. Terrible service via phone

You scumbags signed me up for mobile service without my consent.now I have had to spend over 3 hours speaking to your customer service line trying to get my money back. Terrible terrible company. I will be switching to Starlink ASAP.
