The Regional Movie Theatre was thee WORST experience of my life. I purchased 2 movie tickets through the online site. It was for 7pm. I arrived at 645pm, just in time to hit the concession stand. On my way inside the box office was wrapped around the corner to see the lion king! A sigh of relief , because I had already ordered my tickets earlier. After getting my snacks I hand my phone to the ticket guy . He scans the phone and directs me to auditorium 6. I check my watch 7:02pm just in time for the previews, I walk into the theatre, and to my surprise its end credits . Confused, I walked out and headed to the ticket guy. I asked was I in the right theater. . He checks my phone again and reassured me that I was in the right theater. Im more than likely too soon . I show him the time(Now 7:10pm) and then show him my movie ticket time for 7:00pm. At this point he directs me to the ticket booth to correct the error . There is one person working the ticket booth and the line is still long. Im halfway to the front, and look at my watch again which now says Its 7:25pm. . At this point I go back to the ticket guy and ask for a manger. He calls her up and I kindly explain to her the situation. She takes me to the front and tells me they switched auditoriums for this movie, but dont worry she wont charge me to fix the problem??? You wont charge me for inconveniencing me and making me late for the movie I paid $25 to see in imax??? This is completely unacceptable and horrible customer service
