Great Sales Rep...our law firm has been a customer of Toshiba Business Solutions and most particularly, our wonderful Sales Manager, Gary Frederickson for as long as I have been with the firm. Gary just recently encouraged us to replace our somewhat outdated Toshiba copier with something newer and more up to date technology wise. Well, the copier arrived today and, not surprisingly, Gary came along with it. He made sure that we were up and running and understood the basics of the machine and scheduled time to meet with us for "in depth training" on what our new copier can do. He's truly a wonderful representative of Toshiba and is always available when I run into issues that need his expertise. I expect our experiences with the new copier will be just as good as our prior Toshiba copier. Gary makes Toshiba look really good!!

It is so refreshing to work with a vendor who still values integrity and honesty. I have been work with Toshiba over the last two years now, and Gary F, our count representative have been amazing and wonderful, he gets the job done and returns all your emails and call. We just upgraded our old machine, and he arrives and helps the technical. Overall, the entire Toshiba team was awesome.
