My daughter got a gas leak and they have not fixed it and they need to fix it because in my daughter blow up it's going to be problems they need to fix this leak this gas leak it is a gas leak we need help in blue valleys it's a gas leak and they will not fix it

Again DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS IT'S A LAST RESORT ❗❗❗ They fix nothing, they don't even do inspections, and the office is always closed.... I've been trying to get out of this lease for the past 4 month due to horrible staff and management I'm still on this stupid lease.

The ability to resolve small matters tends to be an issue. I have been owed a rental reimbursement for over 6 months from rent wrongfully charged to me. Though this is not completely the new employees fault, they have been informed over two months ago and still nothing to make this problem a solution. I hear a great deal of talk about it but no one can cut the check. I find it funny that if I don't pay rent I risk eviction but if they refuse to pay me what's owed, they can hold it hostage with no accountability. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They may be an ok place to live but as far as handling business, it doesn't happen unless it benefits them. If there is another entity that can assist myself and them with rectifying this issue please feel free to contact me.

Didn't even get the initial appointment done and I will NOT be doing business with this place PERIOD. Alexis is one of the rudest, most disrespectful, condescending things I have ever spoken with on the phone. Being disrespectful to prospective tenants and turning them away for being a measily 10 minutes late (after they attempt multiple times to communicate the lateness/reschedule before wasting gas) is a sure fire way to lose business. Oh but they probably won't lose business because it's poor desperate people applying here because they have no where else to go. Shame on you Alexis for abusing your authority and treating families facing homelessness like TRASH. Will NOT be treated like this from anyone. Be careful how you treat people because it always come back on you some way some how. Would hate for you to be in our shoes.
