Lived there since 2018 - after 2019 its been downhill. Management non existent & switches weekly(like currently). With any maintenance request you have to remind them twice. Front desk wont answer calls or return and looks at you funny for stepping into the office to ask for anything. The prices are what they are for a reason so dont expect much.

Though I didn't rent from here, my longtime best friend and boyfriend lived here the last year, until his recent death. This is a clean,quiet and safe building, which everyone hopes to have. Access in and out is secure,but easy. These are very well constructed, no issues. I would recommend a west facing apt, just a better view! My only flaw I see is that they don't offer atleast a stackable washer/dryer, rather than onsite laundry. Staff was incredibly kind to me,when removing artwork I had in there, though. I'll miss visiting.
