Heritage Community of Kalamazoo

We recently moved my mother from the east side of the state to Heritage, and throughout an extremely challenging process for all involved, Matt, Traci, Kelly and the entire leadership and administrative team were (and are) exceptional in their support, service and professionalism while navigating through an unprecedented transition not only for our family, but for the community as well. The Heritage team proved to us that they walk the walk of their mission for its residents as well as the broader Kalamazoo community, and we deeply appreciate the collaborative partnership.

My mother recently had a stroke due to Covid. She stayed at Heritage Community until she was well enough to come home with home care. Heritage is a wonderful place to rehab. Everyone is very professional, friendly and caring. Her needs were always met and I felt at ease about leaving her there. I would recommend Heritage Community to anyone in need of their services.

Ruth is rude and yells at people working customer service, find something better to do than yell at people doing their jobs!!

My parents are residents of the Artisan at Heritage and I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. The social programs are vast and rich, the people are lovely and nothing is too much trouble and the food is absolutely fantastic, which was such a pleasant surprise.
