Room was good mostly. Bed itself was clean which I took a blacklight to, but the bathroom was not clean. There was black hair all over the floor which I didn't see at first until it was late at night. I was only there for 1 night and left very early the next morning. The room was paid for by my work, not me. But the food and coffee was good.

Extremely unprofessional having the pool down yet again during our 4 night stay with 5 kids...... same story as last years,
officially my last ditch effort trying to be a loyal holiday inn customer.

Driveway is not marked great, can't see the building easily, rooms are very minimalistic! This place NEEDS an update/facelift!! Pool was extremely cold, no hot tub! And then let's talk about breakfast.... ugh... no pancakes, items were out for way to long as this place was almost empty and we were there about 10min after 7 (which breakfast starts at 7) just not impressed and can't tell if it was lack of trying on the staff or out of products!! Now for the good... Candy at the front desk was extremely helpful and funny.... Great woman and she definitely made us smile on our way in and out... Probably would pick a different place which was only about 4 more miles away ..
