Management staff along with staff members at both Kalamazoo location have made me question profession as a housekeeper for the last 24 years. Hiring at the lowest hourly hotel position in Kalamazoo. I was interviewed and offered a position as a housekeeper taken a pay cut. But chose to take a different position at a different Hotel. Which I was promoted to a hire position after only a few months of employment. That I worked for for a few years. But ended up resisting due to how management treats there employees.applying for a much lower paying position with less hours only to get a message from management telling me i had been offered a position several times and never showed..I was offered the position 1 time and interviewed 1 timw at there location. Even called and passed on the position for a better one. At the Cracker barrel location I was interviewed 1 time hired for the position after listening to the break server talking about another lazy white girl being hired. Smh this company needs better people skills really..
