I bought a bedroom set...it looked amazing. When it was delivered the dresser was damaged. The owner said he would get us another one. He never got back to us and we had to drive to the store five times to finally get a new delivery set up. The second dresser showed up and the color was not like the rest of the set. He called the manufacturer and found they had used the wrong dye in the process. He had the nerve to tell me that I would have to come to his warehouse to perform quality control on HIS product before he would deliver the furniture...which he still has not delivered. We have been to his store an additional three times and he refuses to call us back. Unbelievably poor customer service. I wish I could just return the entire set and go to Babcock...or anywhere else. I was expecting better from a store like this.

My new favorite furniture store, lots of inventory, can usually take the same day, reasonable prices, and Jim the owner, has bent over backwards to get me exactly what I want, he is very pleasant and easy to work with and so is his daughter. I would 100% recommend!

The worst customer service ever. Niki is the rudest person I have met, she told me to get out of her store when I tried to speak about the furniture that I bought. I feel that she is the worse business owner ever.Because the furniture I bought is full of bugs !!! I would highly recommend that know one buys furniture from this place. Now I have these bugs everywhere eating into my wood frame home. I have no I idea what Im going to do. I will be contacting my lawyer.

They STAND BEHIND their products. We have purchased 3 large beautiful pieces over the past 3 years (we get lots of compliments). We did have an issue with the last piece. However, it was remedied on SAME DAY via a swap. Could not be happier. They have a HUGE inventory of unique wood furniture for all rooms, reasonable prices, and great service. I highly recommend this business!!!

Jim provided excellent customer service to me! I needed bedside tables ASAP and went to 3 other furniture stores in Vero Beach that offer the same hardwood looks and designs. Don't waste your time at the other places. This store is larger, well laid out, has more inventory. And you will get personalized attention. I found exactly what I needed and I could take them home immediately! I will be back to shop at Classic Furnishings!
