This business was recommended by a neighbor. I had to call several times to get an appointment. After making contact I had to fill out a questionnaire and was advised that someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment . I emailed to follow up and was told they were not booking appointments yet and someone would get back to me. No one called and after three weeks I emailed again to check the status as I was losing time by waiting to hear back. Eventually I was able to book an appointment. Immediately after booking the appointment I was sent a bill for $500 for a deposit. When I asked what the fee structure was like for the project I was sent an estimate for one room - but was advised that my project was more "detailed and time consuming". My husband asked what was included in their fee. A legitimate question. Was it for picking out tile and colors or was it for general contracting. We were advised that Tiffany the owner would call us back and advise. Shortly after I received a telephone call saying that they were cancelling the appointment as they "did not think we were a good fit" WOW - Just wow. Asking a question obviously was not the right thing to do with this company. I understand that peoples time is valuable and has a cost - which I was more that willing to pay -but $500 to have a meeting without being told what to expect is not reasonable. I think I was just done a favor. I will make sure to tell the person who recommended them how we were treated. I am very disappointed that I wasted a month and a half to get this result.
