I was never so unprepared for something so major. My wife laughed and said that my lawyer was terrible. It was humiliating. My son now lives in Texas. I let Mr. Willmott go after the relocation hearing.

Honestly an amazing lawyer. He defiantly fought for me and made sure that we got the best deal. he was quick to respond when there were certain issues with my case and if i had to recommend him to someone i would a thousand times over.

We highly recommend Mr. Willmott. We used Mr. Willmott for a modification of custody case. Our situation was complicated and had huge challenges to overcome. Mr. Willmott has extensive knowledge and wisdom on the laws involving custody/ divorce. If he doesnt already know how the law will apply to a specific problem he will research it. He does not want to keep you on the phone or long emails and rack up your bill. He is very expensive but worth it! (Hence why we are saying thank you on this review and not in an email ) If you come from a southern/ country background like us Mr. Willmotts personality might seem blunt or like he doesnt care but thats just probably how he was raised up north. He is very matter-of-fact and knows the process inside and out being a board-certified lawyer (this is an extra level of expertise than a regular attorney) and he is a mediator. He stays calm even if you are emotional or stressed. Our only small regret was agreeing to a social investigator. Our case was able to settle after 2 mediations and a social investigation. The social investigation took a year or the case would have probably settled or went to court sooner. Mr. Willmott always forwarded emails involving our case right away and responded quickly to our emails. Sometimes he may seem like hes not giving you any hope because he does not give false promises but realistic expectations and possible outcomes. Mr Willmott is a Master member of Florida Family Law American Inn of Court which is an organization of Lawyers that meet monthly. To be a member of this club you must be nominated and practice with the highest integrity. From our first interaction with Mr Willmott in April 2021, we never felt like he didnt advise what was best for our case. We are thankful to God that our former attorney recommended Mr. Willmott to us! From our entire family; Thank you Charles for your dedication to our case.
