Zisser is a horrible mediator who threatened that if I didn't agree to his terms that he would tell the judge I was uncooperative in mediation. My son was what was on the line. Further, we had an agreement and was scheduled to come back to continue mediation. When we came back he said I agreed to the first part but the condition of me signing on the first part was null. Horrible choice for a mediator. Just because you're a "big shot attorney" doesn't mean you can bully people. You were playing with people's lives. Further, the Judge didn't even sign the agreement, sending it back and making modifications contrary to what Zisser said the judge would do. Even his recommendations of what the judge would like were things the judge changed.
