Holli T. Dean is extremely unprofessional. My mother hired her as her attorney to help with her injunction between her and her daughter. She came to an agreement with the fathers lawyer that my mom can have unmonitored phone calls after 8pm. He monitored regardless. We have video proof of him doing so but she did nothing to help us. I now tried contacting her to help explain a few things to my mother but she told me she couldnt speak to me and hung up even though lawyers at her office spoke to my mothers friend about an arrest. Holli T. Dean is extremely unprofessional and I highly advise not to hire her as your attorney. Keep in mind they spoke to my mothers friend while she was incarcerated without my mothers consent and charged my mother $750 for it, but did not want to speak with me so I can help explain a few things.

So I write this review upon completion of my case. I hired Holli 2 years ago, and I will tell you right now she is absolutely amazing. I couldnt tell you how much I appreciate her for keeping me level headed and even keeled throughout the process. She never got emotional about the case and she always put me in the right direction. I made some clear mistakes early on, on my own free will, and she let me know that Im just hurting myself while I do that. She never, not once, didnt email me about something that was critical and always had my best interests at heart. We did everything we could to avoid trial and settle which included 3 mediations, 4 moves, separation from the military, 2 career shifts, and relocation of ex wife and children and she always took it on with ease. She is absolutely incredible. The only reason my case was drug on for 2 years was because my ex wife wouldnt settle and kept wanting to go to trial. I look at my case as very successful, not measured off of what was won or lost, but based on it being fair and just. I do believe she gave amazing advice, and put me in my place when it was needed. THATS WHAT YOU NEED FROM A LAWYER. I absolutely recommend Holli Dean as a family law attorney, and her entire office was great to include Courtney and Ashley as well.
