I've been using this company for my CPAP supplies for a few years now. In the past 9 months or so, their customer service has drastically changed for the worse. Because of their own billing errors, I have had to go weeks without medical equipment I desperately need in order to breathe! They DO NOT return phone calls at all, and the "director" Leonard refuses to allow anyone to speak to the company's president when he is unwilling to follow through on an issue, even going so far as to steal phone messages meant for the owner Rick Fenchel and taking the phone out of the receptionist's hands to interrupt our conversation because I was asking to speak to Rick. People who use medical supply companies obviously have medical issues and most likely do not have the physical and emotional energy to chase down the reps from this company and deal with obnoxious representatives who are more interested in proving their "knowledge" than assisting an ill person in receiving the equipment they need. Whatever personnel changes that have taken place in the past year were a terrible mistake!
