    Insanely rude management team. Theyve gone through 3 site supervisors in 2 months and its no wonder why, Im sure they treat their staff worse than their tenants. They will routinely ignore phone calls. When interacting with them, they are consistently rude. They only care about money and do nothing to invest in quality tenants. I cant wait to take my business elsewhere. Never dealt with an apartment management company as terrible as this one. They do not care about anybody. Unprofessional and soul less people. Edit: Can you imagine the gall of a company owner, coming online to respond to a review, and basically threaten that they know who you are? Thats exactly what you get with Jamboree management. Let me tell you a few stories of why you should never lease here. We had a broken water heater for over a year. It was so loud, it was keeping us up at night. Jamboree management owners, refused to replace it. It was not until I got neighbors to sign a complaint, and that I finally got one of the SEVERAL apartment managers weve had to finally admit the noise was beyond normal noise levels that it was finally replaced. Or how about the time when COVID started to peak, and Jamboree management felt it fit to leave a note on our doors reminding us to pay rent. No empathy for what people were going through, just a demand to pay rent in time or else. Or how about the time I was given instructions on where to park during construction, and parked in the correct location, but I was blocked in anyway? When I brought it to their attention, I was told I was misinformed and that I parked in the wrong location , even when I showed them proof that the information they gave me showed me that parking area was available and would not be blocked in. Instead of admitting their mistake they ignored me, until I walked into the office, showed them the details of where I was told to park, and asked them to retract their statement? Which they did Two days we went without electricity and we were forced to get a hotel in our own dime because the maintenance man went to the wrong building to reset the electricity? Or the other times we had to stay at hotels so they could fix issues with the apartment that were no fault of our own? But my favorite story, is how my rent started at $1800 and rose to almost $2600 the 3 years I lived there. When I asked the owner Terry why she kept raising rent, her answer was, and I quote, Because I can. Keep in mind, my last landlord only raised my rent once in 4 years, and only %1.5. When they did they had a multiple page explanation of all the upgrades they made to justify raising the rent. Jamboree does it because they can. So you know who this is, but I know you too. And you were a terrible landlord, and you treated us awfully, even though we paid our rent on time everytime, you showed us nothing but contempt. The things you put us through as tenants, you would never accept yourself. You would never have put up with that water heater banging so loudly it woke us up from a dead sleep nightly. You have no empathy, and you are cruel. We are so glad we are gone. The fact that you came on here and responded just because you knew you could harrass us is astounding. Ive noticed you havent responded to other negative reviews. Only when you knew you could pin point who the person was did you make it a point to victimize yourself, as if the turn over in management at Trask Apartments is simply due to someone losing a family member. Youre losing managers because people dont want to work for an awful company. We have moved to a gorgeous complex with a landlord who gave us a discount for signing a longer lease, and a landlord who is so dedicated to making our stay wonderful, that they wont let a problem sit for ONE DAY. Even if I insist its not urgent, he still makes sure everything is taken care of immediately. Thank God weve found a decent human being as our landlord again. Goodbye and good riddance. We decided to take our money elsewhere because we can.

Thats exactly what you get with Jamboree management. Let me tell you a few stories of why you should never lease here.

Hello Messy Buttons,You did not identify which of our over 100 communities where you live so we assume it might be our Trask Avenue property. It is the only property in our portfolio where three different managers worked for a short time. Our Manager (who worked at this property but also another of our properties for several years) became sick and retired on short notice. We substituted in a floating staff member on a part time basis for a couple of weeks until hiring a new manager. Our part time floating manager is a 25 year employee. You asked for a lease extension and during our trauma of re-staffing we did not get back to you right away. Clearly you felt annoyed and our apologies for this. Your lease is now renewed for your second year with us and thank you for your patience and staying with us.
