Reviews are based entirely on the good service of the leasing office upon moving in. Fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night for nearly 7 months. Let me be clear: you will be woken up by fire alarms in your unit which cannot be deactivated. Hallways reek of dog piss on any moderately warm day. Might as well move in with your upstairs neighbor because you will hear everything they do for your entire stay.

This place is located uphill behind Ralph's and is gated. The gates are constantly having issues with unlatching after reading the fob and your living experience will be delightfully disturbed by fire alarms literally in the dead of night. I believe they recently changed managers or something cause they're now a bit strict to the point you need to keep up certain aesthetics even though some of these apartments are no where in street view and this was done specifically because they're doing construction to attract new tenants. The service is okay. The maintenance staff guys are very chill and will consider your pets or other accommodations in my experience, but that's always separate from the rest of staff who manages and polices things such as balconies. Get this, they tore down: The largest front end pool, the 24 hour gym, the patio, the nice offices, and the grill they normally had in the front and their construction has taken its time for what feels like 2 years. Access to the largest pool feels like a lifetime ago and the smaller pools, though nice to have, feel too crowded. The gym is gone so they signed with some other gym in the inconvenient distance elsewhere and will say they'll recoup the cost for you per month, but I didn't go through with that because I don't like my bank account being messed around with so much. The road in front closes down often for events and beautification of the plaza and park next to us. The park is full of dog feces by the way. Nice to know when whole festivals happen or people want to go picnic there. At least it's in walking distance? Yeah the walking experience sucks too, cause it's a tiny walking path punctuated by driveways, and keep in mind there are bars right next to the area so who knows who is drunk driving up that way. You get a total of ONE assigned parking and the other parking space is a singular guest spot, which sucks for anyone stuck in a roommate situation (that the country as a population is stuck in for the most part in order to survive, let alone get ahead) Meaning you might end up coming home from a long night of work and have to park in the nosebleed section. Elevators help the walk back home, but getting out to commute anywhere feels like forever, especially when dealing with the rest of the general population mid-day. What are these raised prices paying for? Probably the big building still under construction out front. I think the staff is also miserable stuck inside a medium sized apartment hidden away from the guests. Then there's the landscaping they will do to help sell apartments--any good that does when you know the green has animal crap all over it. Most of these things are common gripes in many places but it brings into question in what you really deserve if you're paying for over 3000 USD per month. If you're getting woken up every week, can almost never open a window cause of allergens/dust, don't get a patio to cook out of, no pool to invite people to, hardly a parking situation you want to invite guests to, the lack of utility for your balcony, zero storage options, fence gates that are more performative than safe, no gym, you even lack access to a remote office they had, and the walk/run around the area isn't friendly traffic wise. What are you really paying for? Could you really call it home?

Moving into a new apartment can be a daunting task, but thanks to the incredible help of Laura, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth transition. From the moment she arrived, Laura's positive attitude and tireless work ethic were evident and she always went above and beyond. Laura's attention to detail ensured that every we checked every box, and her cheerful demeanor kept morale high throughout the whole process. Without her assistance, I don't know how I would have managed. If you're ever move into this community, look no further than Laura. She's a true lifesaver and deserves all the praise in the world and a promotion!

The 5 star reviews here are mostly from people who havent lived here for a substantial time. The leasing office gives great service to prospective tenants and then asks them to write a review based on that. Heres the real deal: Yes, the other reviews about fire alarms going off in the middle of the night are true. It happened again at 4:30 AM and lasted over 3 minutes. My boyfriend has lived here for 6 months and it's happened about 6-7 times since then. It's actual hell and my ear drums felt like they were going to burst. And the poor animals that have even more sensitive hearing than humans. Even worse, the apartment management does not seem to care, will spin you in circles with gibberish and has yet to resolve this after several years. Please do not move here, regardless of any move in specials or schmoozing leasing agents.
