    It was good than it turned bad had bugs..the rent it to high for it to b tha same really they put in sum new appliances and did the floors that's about it..they do late fees starting off at 100! And in the contract it says 4th or 6th for late fees I dnt understand y its two different days for them to choose and say when you're late..you make complaints and nothing happens..they have a tow truck to com over and leave note and bills on your vehicle for you to pay them and ive been thar for two years and never seen this b4 and they told me they do it every year..smh just all bad ...not worth it

    I lived in the property for two years, everything was fine, the only problem was my neighbors were very problematic black people, they took drugs, they screamed, they were in the hallway all day, the administration can't do anything, I moved to another state that's why I don't live there anymore. on the property.

    When I come to the office about getting a tour at first she told me its only 3D tour is only how inside looks and renovate,when I come bring my money order and sign she bring me to the appointment ok we see it not much lively.when we moved the carpet is old and smelly,theres insects in all the rooms,theres molds,theres small roach ,when I wake up in the morning cant even have a good night sleep for a place I paid 1304 dollars for and insurance,I understand upstairs neighbor have kids but know thats theres need to know people who leave downstairs,I cant sleep the floor are squeaky loud noise coming from upstairs,my sister complained to the office about the apartments the noise the squeaky sound,the manager say she can talk about them keep quiet upstairs but the squeaky noise they cant do anything about it,the squeaky noise wasnt in our leasing agreement or even told us that the apartment was making all that noise and squeaky coming from upstairs and downstairs when walking, hot water is a problem,the conditioner AC is so much noise like a whole truck Engine in the apartment,in the morning you see flies flying in my bedroom,the windows are closed how do they get inside,the pest control come he only stays for 3 minutes just the bathroom and kitchen thats it he left,the leasing office said if we leaving the apartment we have to give 60 days notice and pay one month we not leaving at the apartment,my sister said no its because the issue is at the apartment thats why we are not paying 1304 dollars for the month not leaving there,if they have told me the apartment was that squeaky I wasnt going to sign the leasing agreement,they want to take this far or put me on collection than we are going far I will make sure that this go far ,when I move to the place I buy cleaning supplies,spray for the carpet,is still smelling and cant sleep,I work 10hr when get home cant rest its like the upstairs people never rest all .i cant advise someone to come leave here you wont get the rest when need it,when the office leasing ask me what floor I wanted I told her second floor or third is ok but my mistake they tricked you to tell you its only 3D tour at first after everything signed and the took you to your apartment when everything is old bathroom door nobs are not strong,I have evidence audio recording,videos,pictures of noises squeaky floors ,I dont care about giving stars the apartment need a big repair or shut now ,no one is going to take this. Cant wait for my 60 days notice to end ,cockroach are crawling in my bed ,my worst nightmare ,not even a month

    Ever since this company started there has been a lot of good changes. From office to maintenance everything has been improved for the better. Jonathan the property manager was the best choice for this property and even leasing staff. Efrain from maintenance has not disappointed always gets work orders done and have not had a maintenance complain. I highly recommend this property.
