I don't even know where to begin. I had a new pool installed in my back yard this Spring. Once pool was complete, I had a different irrigation company complete all the new irrigation in the back yard. Over the course of two months, our pool liner floated twice and we ultimately discovered we had an irrigation leak that was pumping several gallons of water into our back yard and around our pool. Leak was repaired by a different company until our pool liner floated a 3RD TIME! During this time, our pool installers had thrown in the towel and didn't really help solve this issue and kept insisting it was the irrigation. I was then referred to Paul at B&B. He called me and came out and we went over in great detail at what had been occurring over the past 3-4 months. He and his team went above and beyond to do testing and came out multiple times working to find the source of our issue. They worked with a local Plumber (Lew's) to help finally uncover that we had multiple breaks in a perimeter drain that goes through our back yard. With all the water from previous irrigation leak and rainfall, etc., and because we had all these breaks in the perimeter drain (home is only 3 years old), water couldn't properly drain to retention pond and caused the perfect storm. We needed a new perimeter drain and another drain installed at one end of our pool to prevent future issues. B&B typically doesn't install these types of drains, however, since they knew the issue in great detail, they didn't want to put us off on another contractor to fix. They came out and completed the work and so far we have had no other issues. They came in and took care of diagnosing our issue when our pool contractors should have handled and I can't thank B&B enough. We will use them for future work and I am glad to refer them to anyone that has irrigation needs.

I tried to do my due diligent in finding the best contractor for the buck! Paul and the guys did wonderful job. They were on top of my concerns and were able to provide 100% coverage. Couldn't have asked for a better job. It was definitely the right choice.
