Spider Lawn & Landscape

Firstly, I would like to say that I have never written a negative review in my life. Unfortunately, this company provided very poor and inconsistent service from the beginning. After an initial walk through the yard in which we discussed what would need to be done each week, Spider NEVER ONCE did a thorough and complete job. I had to call them EVERY SINGLE TIME about things that were missed. I eventually just gave up. Some weeks (many) they did not show up at all to mow (maybe due to staffing shortage or weather?), but they NEVER communicated what was going on, why they didn't come to mow or when they were planning on mowing my yard...except for ONCE in 3 months. I was always left wondering. I had to call and inquire every time. Spider sent invoices via email. I would have preferred a paper statement, tbh. Unbeknownst to me, I was only receiving intermittent invoices. I am a busy widow and mother and I ALWAYS pay my bills early or on time.. when I receive them. I am fortunate enough to be able to do so. I pay ALL of the bills that I receive. Late in the summer, I received an email stating that I owe $570 for missed payments. Prior to this, I had NEVER received a phone call or a paper statement notifying me that there were any issues. When I tried to call, it took forever to get a return call (as usual). I asked for, but never received, an itemized list for weeks and weeks. (I wanted to reconcile what I had paid with what they said I owed). I finally did get one. This company is the WORST! Communication is horrendous! I have, thankfully, hired another reputable company for next summer. They have made a commitment to come on the same day every week or to notify me immediately if weather won't permit mowing and trimming. Hope this review helps you! Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

Best lawn service I've worked with. Online bill pay and amazing customer service. Couldn't be happier and would recommend to anyone!
