Verizon

I am very disappointed in the service that Verizon gives to a client that has been with them for more than 15 years. Today I had a claim with a case that I bought and the manager was not able to solve my problem. He does not make decisions and instead of solving, he evades responsibility. The issue was simple, my case had a guarantee and he wanted me to buy another one instead of putting the difference between the new one and the one I was trying to replace. We have always bought in that store, even my husband thought to buy a phone there but we will do business in another store because of the attitude of the manager!!

Terrible service, absolutely the worst cellphone store I have been. T-mobile, Sprint, At&t might have lowered quality signals but have great customer service in my experience. Entered the store and didn't even got greeted, waiting for 20mins before I left. No one even talked to me in that time. Don't waste your time coming to this store.

Yea don't go here. Stuck up employees and they don't try to work with you. Guess I'm switching networks, way to seal the deal.
