        The upkeep is horrible. They take forever to fix anything if at all. Mold is growing around the vents up stairs and the wall beside my washer is falling apart. It leaks and weve been told those arent a necessity so they wont fix it. Ive had a gas leak which led to unsafe carbon monoxide levels, a ceiling fan has been very loosely hanging from the wall in my sons room ever since we moved in. The toilet is coming off the floor and like others have said they dont regularly spray for bugs like theyre supposed to, they let grass get up to your knees during the summer, its just trashy. This place is a joke. The only thing theyre worried about is rent. If youre able to, please consider moving somewhere else. This place needs to be your last resort.

        They never fix anything you have to call and call and still takes forever for anything done. Theres roaches everywhere everything is outdated and they dont care I would not recommend my dog stay here .

        You can definitely tell that these aren't federally owned. Bugs are ridiculously embarrassing due to not spraying regularly. My air conditioner has been leaking for months now and my washer has been messed up since the beginning of summer. The only time they start responding is when rent is due! DO NOT come here unless it's you're last resort!
