Renovated and updated, our apartment buildings provide clean, quiet, safe and comfortable housing for those searching for an apartment for rent all bills paid. Our locations at 132 Oak St., 201 Oak St., 221 Orange St., 307 Orange St. and 315 Quapaw St. feature rental units of varying sizes, from studio and junior one-bedroom to one and two-bedroom units. We also have several furnished corporate units available. With updated appliances, on-site laundry, limited access security, private and off-street parking, some or all utilities paid; our buildings feature bright, spacious rental units with ceiling fans, walk-in closets, ceramic tile, laminate or hardwood flooring and carpeting. We also offer apartments with washer and dryer included.

( SORRY ) By law you can't deny a support animal. You can charge a deposit. Not even the size or breed matters. If I've read the law correctly but can't refuse the pet. I'm so tired of people refusing to rent to me because I have a support animal. Except for the $800 a month apartments that I can't afford. Not fair to do this because other people are not responsible pet owners.
Please look it up and let me know if I'm wrong. Thanks I called about renting a apt for myself. I asked about pets. I have a small registered emotional support dog due to severe anxiety and PTSD. Before I could even get out that it was a support animal. I was told NO More
