      image Ive been a Bank of America customer for a long time. I called the hillsdale NJ location to get an information regarding currency exchange and the person whom Im talking too hold me twice and I dont mind it till she start rushing with my question and even told me that I have a customer waiting for me. Seriously, what am I, NOt a CUSTOMER. If that customer have a business, so am I.
      Very disappointed and wish they have to treat all customer the same. I dont care if theres a million customer waiting. They have to be decent and professional enough and not to rush their customer.

      image Unfortunately, it was a very useless bank. They have now changed their hours to 10 AM instead of 9Am, which is when everybody else works.
