        Valley National has always been a great place to do business with for my business and personal needs. The Hillsdale & Rivervale branches have some really fantastic people who go out of their way to make it their business to help you. Its old school customer service at its best.

        I dont personally bank here, but two residents at my assisted living do. There were some questions regarding appointing an account POA so i suggested we call the bank to speak to someone they trust. Right away, they requested Lynn. She was extremely patient, kind, professional, and informative. She took the time to explain the consequences to them and made them feel at ease. I was beyond impressed!
