Advanced Property Management

This company entered into a property management company on 4/21/21 with the our recently Recalled HOA board of directors. They are non responsive, apparently know little about our regulations or state and local laws, or just choose to ignore them. They will parrot ANYTHING that the the board wishes to communicate to the residents regardless of whether it could be considered libel or just down right disrespectful and lacking in truth. They refuse to provide documents requested by owners (and in accordance with the 720 Statutes) unless you travel 30 miles to their office to view them, and then deny you the ability to electronically download said documents. When they didn't like the questions that were being directed at them they told me that my email would be blocked. Many residents have had difficulty in getting responses from their office, or even the acknowledgement that their emails were received. There is insufficient space here to enumerate all their failures and potentially illegal actions that they permitted and in some instances may have advised and/or encouraged the Recalled board to take.

If only I could give zero stars. If I had any idea how bad this company was I wouldn't have purchased this home. I've had nothing but issues from them pulling the fees at a time that wasn't wasn't specified time. To me attempting to get in touch with them for months and no response. Saying they were going to fine me for multiple infractions when I was never an infraction warning. Also allowing a member to put up a camera facing directly into my neighbors kitchen, and they did nothing about it. If anybody rated this company more than 1 star it's probably a member of the company trying to fluff the numbers.

they don't return calls or emails. I tried calling and I called every extension until anybody answers the phone. They are the worst in brevard county. I live in Adamson Creek, I can't wait until we don't have to deal with them anymore

The name does not represent the actual services this business is supposed to provide...it should Pdvanced Property MISMANAGEMENT. I reside in one of the properties this company "manages" and they do not perform the services they claim they do. When they now the grass they leave the debris in front of our front doors so we have to clean it up ourselves or track it inside our homes. They have not replaced a pool fence for several months after an old lady drove her car through it. This is illegal, as well as dangerous, because all pools in a common area for residential use must be protected by an appropriate locked childproof fence/gate due to the dangers of unattended children drowning and dying in open, ungated swimming pools
