Where to start? How can just one person run the office and then a person (Miro) with a ugly attitude?!? Then they have clerical errors and blame the patient!!! No compassion with their patients.... I would not recommend them until they get their stuff together..

Made an appointment for my daughter here because she was seen here before years ago and the office staff were great. I get to the office, and the office rep tells me my appointment (that we waited 2 months for) is cancelled. I asked why was it cancelled and I was never notified, she continues to explain that her notes show "mom called and cancelled"... well there's an huge issue because I'm mom and if I had cancelled, I wouldn't missed work and took my daughter out of school. She showed no remorse and even gave me attitude. Manager was called, he tried making it work but she continued to give attitude since manager advised her to fit my daughter into the schedule. I decided to leave because I that office isn't what it used to be. They have 1 person checking in, checking out, on the phones, etc. I think this is how her mistake was probably made. I will no longer be bringing my daughter here due to a possibility of another clerical error. This is a learning experience for management to maybe hire more assistance.
