DO NOT USE THEM!
They installed a new unit clearly too small for our house, not proper venting installed as vaulted living roomceiling only has one vent when it needs atv least 2 since other areas with less ceiling space have two vents but they say thats not an issue??? It makes tons of strange noises (when it wants to run,) and it has been not operating correctly its entire life let alone not operating almost at all since last Summer 2022. It is very hard to get them to come out and FIX anything. They would fill with freon multiple times to band-aid the problem all of last summer while charging us and now this summer it has not worked in over 8 weeks now as they have been assessing many different potential options which have all been WRONG so they don't know what they are doing at all!! VERY unprofessional. I had to go buy window units ton help cool our home as they haven't offered a thing let alone a PROPER REPAIR. They ran a new wire on the outside of the house which turns out to not be the problem and it's a total eyesore! The whole situation is a total disaster and they have not been helpful AT ALL.
