Our 5 year old HVAC system was broken for almost 2 full years while Haller was "trying to repair" but they consistently filled it with more freeon and charged us multiple times for the wrong problems. They did not know what to do to fix the issue and we had to call and pay another company $2500 to actually fix the issue! The warranty on our system was supposedly voided due to the amount of repairs Haller had to do - even though it was their lack of knowledge about the issue in the first place!DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!"SUPERIOR HEAT AND AIR FIXED OUR SYSTEM QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY!!

DO NOT USE THEM! They installed a new unit clearly too small for our house, not proper venting installed as vaulted living roomceiling only has one vent when it needs atv least 2 since other areas with less ceiling space have two vents but they say thats not an issue??? It makes tons of strange noises (when it wants to run,) and it has been not operating correctly its entire life let alone not operating almost at all since last Summer 2022. It is very hard to get them to come out and FIX anything. They would fill with freon multiple times to band-aid the problem all of last summer while charging us and now this summer it has not worked in over 8 weeks now as they have been assessing many different potential options which have all been WRONG so they don't know what they are doing at all!! VERY unprofessional. I had to go buy window units ton help cool our home as they haven't offered a thing let alone a PROPER REPAIR. They ran a new wire on the outside of the house which turns out to not be the problem and it's a total eyesore! The whole situation is a total disaster and they have not been helpful AT ALL.

Trustworthy and wonderful business! I have used them since 2011! Prices are always good and they are worth the wait to be satisfied with a job well done!
