I went for an eye exam and picked my glasses out afterwards and had them add blue light protection to the glasses. My coworker asked to try on my glasses a few days ago and could see through them. I told them what happened and ask if they could fix the glasses they said I'd have to redo the who procedure with charge. Now why would you give me glasses with no prescription after I took an eye exam, being as I have astigmatism and have to drive at night, I would never imagine paying for that and not having it applied to the glasses. This is wild.

I used to go here and I quit going due to the snooty attitudes and they force you to buy their glasses and they're double the price and my frames of continuously would break and my lenses wouldn't stay in the frames well today my mom had went and saw them a couple of days ago and came home and told me that her glasses were going to cost about $500 there I told her to get her prescription which she had to argue with them to get her prescription and take it to America's Best she proceeded to finally do that today and her glasses with the same prescription and with her insurance are only going to cost her $123 and that is with transitional lenses so I called him to tell them that we were canceling her order and they proceeded to tell me that no other eyeglass place has their quality that they have the best quality and that's why you have to spend so much come to find out they didn't even turn it in on her insurance for her insurance to cover her to put their portion so as you say I give them a very bad review and mostly it's their attitude if they had a little bit of customer service and a little bit of appreciation for your business I might not have given them such bad review

First let me say if I could give the office staff a zero rating, that still would not be sufficient. The office manager Scott and his pet receptionist Val are GARBAGE. I tried speaking with Val but her attitude was so bad that I asked for the manager. The manager escalated the situation rather than defuse. Neither of them were listening and continued to talk over me. How either of them are employed in areas that deal with customer service baffles me. I have seen both them get rude with elderly patients and I should have left then. Well today was the final straw. Office manager even went so far to bash Greenville County employees in general which had nothing to do with the situation at hand. So if you work for the County, you may want to go somewhere else for eye care. What a terrible way to start my Day!!
