Blue Rose Eye Care

This place is so unprofessional and the workers are rude as well. Not once have i gone in there and not been treated rudely by at least one worker but now theyre also going into straight unprofessionalism. I had an appointment scheduled since October 2023 and came in today for my appointment in April! already a forever wait but then i come in for them to tell me i cant be seen because their doctor isnt there and i came at the wrong time. Now mind you i wrote this appointment down multiple times in multiples places I know my appointment was at 2 so how did it become 11:30??? I thought nothing of it until i witnessed them say the exact same thing to multiple other patients and those patients being as confused as i was. My guess is their doctor decided to leave work and in result all our appointments got changed. Great customer service from these people! Thank you for making me waste my day coming here and trying to find a baby sitter and everything else all so you guys could just laugh in my faces.

I hardly ever write reviews, but for Blue Rose Eye Care I'm more than happy to. Since the retirement of Dr. Yeager during the pandemic Dr. Whitney O'Brian has done a tremendously great job carrying on the practice. Although we no longer live very close to West Parker Road we are committed to continuing to go to Blue Rose Eye Care. We especially appreciate Dr. O'Brian's long-standing commitment to provide outstanding vision care at reasonable cost in the NW Greenville area. (My wife tried one of the larger corporate practices closer to where we now live and her experience was underwhelming compared to what we're accustomed to at Blue Rose Eye Care.) Kudos to you, Dr. O'Brian!
