image Do not do business with this store. Call ATT direct. I went in on 28 Feb to trade in a device and upgrade my phone. I spoke with Angel, and he was very polite and professional. He tells me about FirstNet, but tells me that in order to qualify, I have to get a new number. I declined at first, but the price was hard to beat, so I accepted. While he gets that set up, he then tells me I need to get the $17 insurance on the phone. This was a red flag. They had to order the phone I wanted, so I left, and when I got home, I called FirstNet. I did not need a new account or phone number to switch over to them, and they confirmed that I don't need the phone insurance either. I head back the same night and told him to cancel it. He can't. He gets Mikkel on the phone. Mikkel asked me to come back on Friday. I said no, because I'm leaving town and I'll come back when the phone arrives. The phone arrived 01 Mar and I returned to the store on 07 Mar. Magically, he can't cancel the account or line and can't switch the phone over to my current line. He tells me his boss has to do it, but she won't be back until Monday. He also tells me he can't give me the phone since they have to cancel it. He then lies to me and tells me that if I don't keep the new line, my trade-in will only be $350 and not $1,000. He then offered me a $350 credit to keep the line. I don't do business with people who have no integrity. I call ATT on the 10th, and they tell me the phone needs to be sent back before anything can be done. So ATT sends me a return label, I go to the store, and all of a sudden Mikkel was told he can't return it for me and yet, no one from the store calls to let me know I have to. I'm pretty sure they were trying to sit on the phone for the full two weeks so I wouldn't be able to cancel. On top of all this, on Feb 28th, Angel took it upon himself to change the phone plan I had on my current phone, without my knowledge or consent.

image We worked with Angel at the location in Great Falls, MT on 10th Ave & he was amazing from start to finish! We came in wanting to pay the bill, switch a line from a different account, & upgrade one phone - he ended up helping us do all of that as well as upgrade 3 other lines on our account. He was thorough, informative, professional, relatable, & also very patient! Transferring data from 4 phones took quite some time, but he reassured us that he didn't mind the wait & made us feel comfortable the whole time! He even got out a mini basketball for our two young children to play with while we waited. Our toddler is potty training & she had an accident on one of the couches. We felt so bad & offered to clean it up, but he was very kind & understanding about it, & cleaned it up without question. We will definitely be making this our go-to location from now on.
