New manager was Great very helpful. One year ago trade in phone for new supose to get 400$.after months of the runaround they gave me 100$. A bait and switch scam. Make sure you get everything in writing. PS they would not give back my trade in phone.

It's difficult, if not at times impossible, during this "pandemic" of workplace incompetence/unaccountability, to experience expertise accompanied by genuine, palpably friendly, concern from a company representative assigned to customer service, especially so when said "customer" feels as "ignorant" as my wife and I felt upgrading her flip-phone to a smartphone. Sara, the AT&T store manager at Marketplace in Great Falls, MT., however, not only recognized our degree of techno-ineptness, but embraced the challenge, and, in doing so, made what we'd expected to be an awkward interaction feel comfortable, casual. She oh-so-patiently addressed our numerous, simplistic navigation questions regarding the new iPhone, which instilled confidence and made us feel a far less "elderly-disconnect" from the world than we felt entering the store. She also took the initiative to remedy our billing "discrepancies," which, she concurred, DID NOT result from our inability to fully comprehend the purchase agreement. During a trio of returns to the store, we were welcomed each time with utmost respect, as well as with a modicum of healthy humor and, again, the patience of a Zen Master! We commend AT&T for their discernment of managerial qualities such as Sara's--both her technological skills and, just as critical to us, her personable characteristics/sensitivities. 30 minutes in store not helped, only 1 person in store which was obviously wrong to begin with, going to go find another store that has employees or at least one willing to help someone
