This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This location is the closest to me so its the default when ordering in the app, so I always have to remember to choose another location. Ever since the pandemic, everything about this McDonalds is horrible, like truly unbelievably bad. A few times a year I would order something just to see if they had improved but somehow it just keeps getting worse so now I vowed to never go back. The last time I ordered here I just got two large fries. The drive thru lane had cars waiting so I chose curbside even though it takes forever no matter which option I chose before. After 30 minutes and multiple lines of cars had gone through the drive thru, and several calls with no answer, I went inside to ask what the deal was. I would have just left but I had already paid in the app. There were other people doing the same thing, and eventually we were able to flag someone down who had no sense of urgency and gave me the fries after complaining about how busy it was (it wasnt busy, there were just a lot of people waiting because service is so slow). I think the only reason they are still in business is the location near the highway guarantees them a steady supply of hapless victims.

DO NOT RECOMMEND IF WANTING TO USE LOBBY. I wish I could post Zero stars. The lobby seems to always be closed during the day. When trying to call them, they never answer the phone, and the line hangs up on you. Seems the only thing open is the drive-thru. Yet when we don't have a vehicle and stay at the hotel nearby, it posts a problem. Something needs to be done about this location. Should probably just be closed completely, in my opinion.

I ordered through the app. My fries were overdone quarter pounder with cheese was cold and the bun was hard as a brick.

Ordered breakfast for the family and 2 of the hashbrowns weren't just cold but they were frozen.
