I think this is the first time I've ever given a place one star on a review. Just awful. I'm not in ethnocentrist but when I go into a Subway, an American establishment, I assume that the person taking my order at least understand what I'm asking for. I told her that I wanted my chicken extra hot and she thought I wanted extra food. I felt like I had to repeat everything I said to her and even then I wasn't sure that she understood me. She was a very nice lady but the language barrier cause a real problem. But the icing on the cake was when they didn't have guacamole. That's the one thing I really wanted on my sandwich. Most places would have offered to come to food. I've never been to a Subway and been this disappointed.
