I'm an independent Embalmer and work for various Funeral Homes. When it was time to call upon a Mortuary to conduct the services for my Father I immediately knew I was going to use Foothill Funeral and Cremation. The whole staff is kind and compassionate and they did a great job. They were understanding with my specific needs and I've recommended them to family members in the past.

When my wife died at 37 I was wrecked. Foothill Funeral made the experience much worse; they were unhelpful, slow to send documents, they sent the documents filled out incorrectly and then they said they couldn't get the job done in the necessary time frame... because they had sent the wrong documents. They sent cremation documents that I had to sign even though I did not want my wife cremated! They were rude on the phone, and management secretly listened in on phone conversations. I was suffering and they made every aspect of it worse .I ended up going with Clarity, which is a company full of good people unlike the cruel and incompetent scammers here.

Everything is meant to be! That was our theory during the service for our loved one. Great work Foothill Funeral and Cremation Services! Our family appreciates all the efforts taken to ensure our day was as comfortable as it could be. The entire Foothill staff went above and beyond for my family in our time of need. Their services no matter the logistics they went above and beyond. The attention to detail, follow ups everything was simply seamless. This lifted a huge burden off of our shoulders knowing we were in the right hands.
