I couldnt have expected the day of my fathers funeral to go any better than it did. Jonathan from Murphy and Sons was great at guiding me through the process. It was a very special day for our family and a beautiful tribute to my father.

Jonathan and his team at Murphy and Sons are exactly who you want when faced with the death of a loved one. It is such a stressful time and Jon handles everything with compassion and professionalism. Today was the Celebration of Life for my husband, Michael. This was a day we wanted to represent the spirit of who he was and what he did. To do this we had to find a place with people who would understand what we wanted to create. We contacted several places and found Murphy & Sons Funeral Home. It was meant to be - this is a family business operating for many years in Glendora - the city my husband grew up in. We met with Jonathan who was polite, compassionate, and caring during the meeting with our family. He was clear in explaining the steps and documents for the services. He was attentive and professional in person and on the phone. He made weekly check ins to update me on the status of activities. He made the process comfortable and smooth. We chose the Historic Sacred Heart Chapel. Jonathan explained the history of the site which fit exactly what my husband would want. Today was the Celebration of Life for Michael. Jonathan and his team had everything prepared as requested. They made themselves available the entire time. Everyone shared with us how the services were wonderful. I give more than a 5 star for the team of Murphy & Sons Funeral Home. It's important at a time of grief and sorrow that others stand by your side to support you moving forward. When we had to say goodbye to our loved one, Murphy & Sons Funeral Home really helped us out. The place felt warm and welcoming, and Jonathan and his brother are super kind and understanding. They listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was just right, without making it complicated. Jonathan really cared about making things special for us. Saying goodbye was hard, but they made it easier to navigate with their friendly and caring approach. We're really thankful for everything they did and would tell anyone to consider them as your funeral home provider. You will not disappoint.
