I seen the clothes at display and I liked the clothes but as soon as I walk in the store the salesperson doesnt not make you feel welcome they are just watching your every move and. Everything . I will touch she will fix which I understand because they have to keep the store organize but you can not shop with a person just watching your every move the only reason I purchase something was because I know I would not find it anywhere else and because they also make you feel like you cant afford the clothes or that it wont fit you please guess make sure you employ people who are helpful and nice with the customers and also they should be understanding and patient with the customers thank you

My wife and I went to Guess-Glendale to brought a hand watch for her 15days ago. When we brought they said its 30days free return. While using the watch she noticed that there is something wrong with watch. It stops suddenly. So we went back to store to return and get refund. When we went there the store salesperson lady says as you guys sized the watch while purchasing so you can only exchange it, no refund. But while buying it they havent mentioned anything like that. The salesperson lady came up with weird explanations literally to force us to get something else in exchange to the watch. Her attitude was weird, rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming. We had to convince her Finally she said jess I will give you guys full refund. My concern is eventually she gave us refund but why she played that weird game. Come on. Be honest. Otherwise you guys will loose customers. I am planning to complain to their customer care support center regarding this issue. This type of unprofessional behavior from sales person of a reputable brand like guess is unexpected. Also we are a regular customer of this brand. Its annoying. Just FYI, we saved the sized piece and gave it to salesperson while returned.
